Lucien Freud, what a painter. These images from TIME are truly beautiful. They were taken during Lucien’s studio time by his long-time studio assistant and model, David Dawson. The Pallant House Gallery is showing an exhibit of these images alongside some of Freud’s paintings right now until May 2012. I bet it would be an amazing show to see.
